Product Update: September 2026
This month’s updates expand Customer Risk Monitoring solution, help your rules act on better data, and give investigators a clearer record of their work, alongside a round of fixes across the portal.
Transaction Monitoring
Improved card issuer identification. We’ve refined BIN matching to identify issuing banks more accurately, selecting the most specific available match across BIN lengths from 11 digits down to 6. This provides more reliable issuer data and helps issuer-based rules act on more accurate information.
New rule filter: customers sharing a bank issuer BIN. Rules in the Banking Transaction Check schema can now count the number of customers transacting with the same bank issuer BIN, so you can flag activity tied to a single issuer.
Investigation Experience
Labels recorded in the audit log. Manually applied labels are now recorded in the audit log with the user and timestamp, giving you a complete trail of who labeled a transaction and when.
No duplicate labels. A label that is already applied to an event can no longer be selected again on the Event Detail page, so audit history stays clean and unambiguous.
Copy IDs with one click. Alert, Rule, and Case IDs now have a copy icon with a hover tooltip, and the Alerts tab on a case shows a count of the open and escalated linked alerts, so you can reference records accurately and gauge a case’s workload at a glance.
Customer Risk Monitoring
Customer Risk Monitoring now available for Banking Marketplace. Following the early access launch of Customer Risk Monitoring for Banking in July, we are excited to announce that the solution is now available to clients on the Banking Marketplace schema. Clients on this schema can monitor Customer Entity activity, configure targets and thresholds to detect unusual behavior, and generate alerts when defined policies are triggered. Customer Entities can be created automatically as transactions flow in and can be managed from the Entity Groups page, and the Alert Detail, Case Detail, and Entity Detail pages bring alerts, investigations, and customer information together in one place.
