Policy Alerts and Sayari Apps

Excited to announce the release of policy alerts in the portal for select clients. This entails an Alert and Case generated for a policy violation for each entity. If that entity already has open case for that alert, any new alert for the corresponding policy will be added to that case.

announcement

Clients can now utilize Sayari's Entity and Resolution Apps to further enrich their investigations. The functionality of these apps is as follows:

  1. Entity: An entity represents a single real-world thing such as a person or company or land property that has been extracted from one or more records. The entity response includes information on that entity's attributes, relationships, as well as the records that entity is sourced to.
  2. Resolution: The resolution endpoints allow users to search for matching entities against a provided list of attributes. It's tuned to only return the best match. Supported attributes can include one or more of the below fields as well as the identifier type enums listed here:

    • name
    • identifier
    • country
    • address
    • date_of_birth
    • contact
    • type

improvement

Improvements we've made to ease the user experience:

  • Marketplace Network History: Network History in Events for Marketplace clients will no longer link the seller ID due to excessive unrelated linkages, providing a cleaner and more accurate view of network activity.
  • Enhanced Update API: Adjusted amount added as a new field in Update API, solving for partial refunds and chargebacks. This allows you to add or subtract amounts from the payment status sum, providing greater accuracy and control.
  • Entity Discover Filtering: Dates within Entity Discover filters have been adjusted to reflect the date picker accurately, ensuring you retrieve the exact data you need.

As always if you want to see if you have access to certain features, please reach out to your customer success manager or success@fraud.net.

Rule Management and Bug Fixes

This week marks a big step forward in user rights per role when using multi-tenancy through teams. With this release, managers of a team with a multi-tenancy enabled can manage their own rule set without seeing or interfering with other teams' rules. The release will allow teams to customize their assessment rules that are unique to them.

Along with that, we released big fixes related to rules in Banking Marketplace and clients using SSO.

New Features in Client Settings!

This week included the release of client settings for SCIM API, Risk Check API, and IP Address Access.

Highlights

  1. IP Address Access- user admins can now manage the IP addresses used for analytics on their own. Over the years, this has been a very manual process and has made up one of the most frequent admin ticket requests.

  2. SCIM API- generates a key for admins using SSO  to manage user roles across their organization.
  3. The Client Settings page is getting close to being complete, as over 10 features have been released in the past few weeks.

Client Settings: New Features and Organization

This week marks the launch of Client Settings, a central hub for user-friendly access to key features that were previously scattered throughout our case management portal. This consolidated page enables users to manage all their settings conveniently. What's more, several features previously accessible only through the assistance from our Customer Success Managers are now available to everyone!

This is a significant leap forward in our user experience, offering up to 19 features on a single landing page. Some, like lists, queues, and labels, feature updated designs and UI improvements, while others, such as SSO, IP Address Access, and Custom Logos, are entirely new for most users.

These features will roll out over the next three weeks. The current release includes labels, queues, lists and custom logo. Clicking on any of these features in the left navigation bar will instantly take users to the new settings page, displaying all previously entered labels, queues, and lists. If there is a feature you would like to use but has a locked icon next to it, please reach out to your customer success manager or success@fraud.net to learn more about how to unlock it.

Stay tuned for what's in store with next week's release!

Also, users can add such elements to block or watch lists. P2P is now a payment method available in the advanced settings velocity rules. We will continue to roll out enhancements for this new sector.

Also in this release:
