This month's release brings improvements to the investigation workflow across alerts and cases.

Policy Monitoring

• Escalated alert status
  
  Alerts that have been escalated to a case now display a dedicated "Escalated" status on both the alert detail page and the alert discover page. The status also surfaces a direct link to the associated case, so investigators can tell at a glance which alerts are already being handled and move from an alert to its case in fewer clicks.

• Audit tab for cases and alerts
  
  Cases and alerts now include an Audit tab - a chronological timeline of every action taken, including who did it and when. Built across both the alert detail page and case detail page, the tab gives managers and compliance teams direct visibility into workflow history without needing to chase down teammates or piece together activity from other sources.
